Site notes

What this site is for

A sample page explaining what ShootersProof will cover, and what it will leave out.

ShootersProof is a place for notes about using AI to improve your shooting, at the range and at the reloading bench.

The site is organized so it can grow. Each article has one topic and any number of tags. A new article is a new Markdown file. Videos live in their own files, and a video can also sit inside an article.

The pages on the site today, including this one, are samples. A banner marks them. They do not include test results, quotes, or product claims.

Later notes can cover:

  • Using AI to explain a term, outline what you want to notice, or tidy up your own range notes.
  • Questions you want to settle before the next range day.
  • Reloading habits and sources. Not powder charges, and not recipes.

The safety standard for all of that is on the Safety page.

How a video looks inside an article

The player below comes from the embeds list at the top of this file. It is sample content: a Creative Commons short film, not a ShootersProof video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.

If you are editing this file, replace the text, remove the sample embed, and set sample: false when the page should stand as a real article. Sample pages stay off the RSS feed.
